Jade Davies
General Manager

Jade Davies brings extensive experience from across the education, assessment and apprenticeship sectors. With a strong background in quality, compliance and operational leadership, Jade is passionate about maintaining high standards while driving organisational growth and continuous improvement.

Having worked across DNA Awarding since 2019, building the organisation from the ground up, Jade has played a key role in strengthening regulatory compliance, overseeing qualification and assessment delivery, supporting organisational development and successfully navigating regulatory audits and monitoring activity. She is committed to developing people, building effective teams and ensuring that quality and learner outcomes remain at the heart of everything DNA Awarding delivers.

In her role as General Manager, Jade combines strategic leadership with a hands-on approach, working closely with colleagues, clients and stakeholders to support the continued growth and success of DNA Awarding.

Outside of work, Jade is passionate about health and fitness and is often found in the gym, on a run, climbing or walking mountains, alongside being a mum to two young children - best job in the world!

Andrew Gilbert-Dunnings
Head of Product and Assessment Development

Andy has worked within the education sector for over 15 years, including for a number of awarding organisations, working on the development, maintenance and assessment of a range of general, vocational and technical qualifications – during this time qualifications he has written have been nominated for Qualification of the Year at the FAB Awards. Andy has been heavily involved in the development of resources and assessment materials for end-point assessment since the inception of apprenticeship standards, across a wide variety of occupations.

Andy has worked as a Principal Examiner for GCSE Psychology, has been involved in the writing of exam papers, the delivery of large training events and has recently co-authored an A Level revision guide. Andy still works as an examiner during the summer months and as an Assistant Principal Examiner.

Andy’s question writing continues outside of work, as he writes questions for a weekly pub quiz which he hosts. Andy is also passionate about mental health and wellbeing and has been responsible for setting up and facilitating a weekly men’s mental health peer support group. Andy is also a keen runner, cricket fan and a long suffering supporter of Derby County.

Sarah Edmonds
DNA Awarding Board Member

Sarah has been involved in the regulated awarding industry at a senior and strategic level for almost 20 years. She has spent time as a Head of organisation, Executive Director of Quality and Standards, Responsible Officer roles, non-executive Director of the Federation of Awarding Bodies (FAB) and chair of independent regulatory governing and advisory boards within the sport and fitness sector.

Through her thorough understanding of regulatory governance, risk management and maintenance of standards through effective quality assurance strategies, Sarah has a proven track record of improving performance and ensuring compliancy in awarding organisations.

Susan Hindshaw
Independent Assessor

With a strong background in retail management, Sue is in an ideal position to conduct Assessments, bringing both her practical insight and a supportive approach to the role. She is passionate about understanding each person’s journey and helping them feel confident and prepared to succeed.

Her teenage daughter is her biggest inspiration - she keeps her grounded and reminds her daily of the importance of patience and finding ways to lift others up. For Sue, it’s all about making a genuine impact and helping people realise their potential.

Paulina Krzeminska
Product and Assessment Development Officer

Paulina has a diverse background in the education sector, she has gained valuable experience in various roles that has shaped her professional journey. 

Working as an English teacher has provided her with a deep understanding of learners' needs, allowing her to tailor her approach to meet their requirements effectively. Her experience as a quality analyst has honed my attention to detail, enabling here to scrupulously review and improve processes. Her previous role as an assessment developer involved not only developing assessments, but also designing materials and tools essential to create high-quality assessments, showcasing her commitment to providing the highest standards of education.

Paulina's interest in developmental psychology fuels her desire to understand human growth and behaviour, enriching her perspective on education and learning. She is dedicated to continuous personal and professional development, always seeking opportunities to expand her knowledge and skills in pursuit of excellence.

Rebekah LeMaire
Quality & Compliance Advisor

After 18 years working in a variety of roles across a further and higher education college, Becky swapped the campus for the world of awarding organisations. 10 years later, she has taken all that experience and put it into supporting customers in an agile way and, most importantly, helping apprentices get the most out of their learning, ensuring robust assessment processes and really reach their potential.

When she is not working, you’ll usually find her catching up with friends, having a go at new recipes in the kitchen, or chilling out with her fur baby, Darcy.
